To return live search rankings, the keyword and country you submit are sent to our third-party search-data provider (a SERP API service) which queries Google on our behalf. This provider processes the query solely to return results and acts as our sub-processor. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Our hosting provider processes technical/log data on our behalf to deliver the Service.
6. International transfers
Some sub-processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Data retention
Search inputs are processed transiently to return your result and are not linked to your identity. Server logs are retained for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) for security, then deleted or anonymized. Consent records are kept for as long as required to evidence compliance.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent.
